Preparing ingredients for oyster soft tofu stew
-Take soft tofu out of the bag and put it on a strainer to remove the water.
A roll of soft tofu is loosened.There's nothing wrong with it, but it's better to put the whole thing in because you're afraid it'll melt more while boiling. If soft tofu is melted, it can become soft tofu soup...
If you boil it with 2 bags of soft tofu, it will be a lot, but with a lot of tofu in it, it tastes much lighter and softer, so it tastes good. They crush regular tofu and add it, but I like to add more soft tofu, so I do this.
-Rinse the oysters in running water, add about half a spoonful of salt, and soak for about 10 minutes. I can clean the oysters. After about 10 minutes, rinse the oysters again and drain them on a strainer.
Chop the onion, chop the pumpkin into cubes, and chop the green onion diagonally.

Making Oyster Soft Tofu Stew with chili oil
Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil, chopped onion, and 2 tablespoon red pepper powder and stir-fry them over high heat and low heat to make chili onion oil.
If you stir-fry the onions until they are transparent, it tastes sweet and the scent of the onions comes up, so you have to keep frying them so that they don't burn.

Season it with salted shrimp
Add anchovy stock, 1 tablespoon salted shrimp, and bring to a boil. You need to season it and add soft tofu. If you put in soft tofu first, you stir it while boiling, and the tofu gets all melted. I caught a little bit of water, but please boil it with less water than I thought. Soft tofu also has water, so if it's not enough, you can add broth later.

Add vegetables such as pumpkin and green onion, then add minced garlic and boil.

Add soft tofu and simmer.

Add oysters, boil slightly, season, and adjust the excess amount to tuna. If you add a little bit of tuna liquid, the deep taste comes alive and it's easy to season.

When the oyster soft tofu stew is done, add an egg and turn off the heat. Leave the eggs to cook over residual heat.

You can feel the scent of the sea by adding oysters to soft tofu stew, and you don't need to add a lot of vegetables. If you don't add eggs, you can enjoy it more spicy, and if you add about two eggs, you will be able to melt the spicy taste and eat it softly.
Oyster soft tofu stew is likely to raise your body temperature due to the sudden drop in temperature.
Mushroom soft tofu, seafood soft tofu, clear soft tofu, clam soft tofu, kimchi soft tofu, pork soft tofu... You can put the ingredients and name it. Make a hot earthen pot and eat it warmly.
