STEP 1/9
Mix all the ingredients to make the sauce

Slice garlic, cheongyang pepper, and shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 3/9
Boil 1L of water, 10g of salt, and 100g of spaghetti noodles.
Cook 1 minute less than the time it takes to boil with aldante.

While the noodles are boiling, add cooking oil and stir-fry garlic over medium-low heat until golden brown.

Add sliced cheongyang peppers, shiitake mushrooms, and red pepper and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 6/9
Add 60cc(4sp) of noodle water and 60cc(4sp) of soy sauce and bring to a boil.
STEP 7/9
When the noodles are boiled, stir-fry the beef brisket and noodles.
As the sauce seeps into the noodles, the brisket is cooked gently.
STEP 8/9
Finish by turning the frying pan and making mante curry.
STEP 9/9
Add a little bit of sesame oil and add scent and garnish with baby sundae.
1. If you can't stir-fry vegetables while boiling the noodles, you can boil the noodles first.
2. Be careful not to make the car bump tough.
