Cut the peppers into 2~3 pieces.

Add minced garlic, red pepper powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and fish sauce and mix.

Prepare the glutinous rice flour.

Put glutinous rice powder on the peppers.

Steam it in a steamer.

Place steamed peppers in a bowl.

Add the sauce to the pepper and mix.

    I tried it for the first time and it turned out delicious thanks to you!I didn't have glutinous rice powder, so I replaced it with pancake powder. It wasn't too salty and it was perfect :)
