Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Open the lid of the quail egg in boiling water and boil it for 5 minutes, remove it when it rises and soak it in cold water.
STEP 2/6
Shake only the dust off the truffle, cut the bottom a little bit, and slice the whole thing.
STEP 3/6
Chop the onion and cut the green onion into 3 pieces.
Use flavored soy sauce if you have flavored soy sauce.
STEP 4/6
Add soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, kelp water, whole garlic, onions, and green onions, and bring to a boil the marinated sauce, remove the kelp, and boil until the vegetables are fully seasoned.
You can keep boiling vegetables without taking them out or you don't have to.
(If you have soy sauce, use it.)

When the vegetables are ready, add the truffle and boil them down until they are glossy.
(It's salty, so reduce the heat so it's not salty or add a little more water to boil it down.)
STEP 6/6
When the sauce is cut, boil it down and add starch syrup and sugar to complete it.
Mushrooms are a great side dish if you boil them down quickly so that they are not salty and boil them down with whole garlic or kkari peppers.
