Add soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, kelp water, whole garlic, onions, and green onions, and bring to a boil the marinated sauce, remove the kelp, and boil until the vegetables are fully seasoned.
You can keep boiling vegetables without taking them out or you don't have to.
(If you have soy sauce, use it.)
STEP 5/6
When the vegetables are ready, add the truffle and boil them down until they are glossy.
(It's salty, so reduce the heat so it's not salty or add a little more water to boil it down.)
Mushrooms are a great side dish if you boil them down quickly so that they are not salty and boil them down with whole garlic or kkari peppers.
