Wash the apples clean, divide them into quarters, and remove the seeds and skin.

Slice the peeled apple into 3mm thick slices.

Put apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon sticks in a bowl, mix them well, cover them with plastic wrap, and leave them at room temperature for about 3 hours.

Grind the pulp of the apple mixed with sugar with a hand blender.

Put the cinnamon stick back into the ground apple and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly.

Turn off the heat when the foam subsides and there is concentration.

Place the finished jam in a hot sterilized bottle when it is hot, close the lid, and set it upside down until it cools completely.
