First, cut the smoked salmon into small pieces.

I put in cucumbers or onions, but there are cucumbers, so I wash them clean with thick salt, divide them into four parts by length, and cut them into small pieces.

Cut the hard-boiled avocado in half, peel it, remove the seeds, cut it into small pieces, and mix it with smoked salmon cucumbers.

Add mayonnaise, soy sauce, and wasabi, mix well, and add thick pepper to finish.

I put rice in a bowl and put a lot of smoked salmon and avocado on top.

The combination of avocado and smoked salmon mayonnaise may feel greasy, so I usually add onions, but when there are no onions, I cut the chives into small pieces instead.
