Blanch webfoot octopus in boiling water over high heat for 1 minute to 1 minute and 20 seconds. (About the legs go inside, and the suckers are alive. When the color turns red!! The length of the hair without the internal organs is the same as the legs. Also, if you boil it too much, it will be tough~ lol) *However. Longer hair with internal organs!! I think you should boil it for at least 10 minutes? <UNT_PHL> If you wash it in ice water, the texture comes out better That's up to your taste!

This blanched webfoot octopus can be enjoyed more deliciously by dipping it in salt or red pepper paste with minari and raw shiitake mushrooms.
