A simple dish, bacon tteok-bokki
I rolled up the bacon and made a simple snack, a bacon tteok-roll, which is good for serving on the customer's table.

Ingredients
  • Bacon

  • Paprika
    1/2ea
  • Tteokbokki and rice cake
    10ea
  • enoki mushroom
    1/2handful
  • Sesame leaf
    5piece
  • leek
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut the perilla leaves in half, shred the paprika, and remove the bottom of the enoki mushroom.
STEP 2/6
Cut the bacon in half and prepare the mellow tteokbokki rice cake.
Blanch the chilled tteokbokki in boiling water.
You can parboil the chives in boiling water.
STEP 3/6
Place perilla leaves on top of bacon and roll in enoki mushrooms, paprika and tteokbokki.
STEP 4/6
Roll up the bacon with blanched chives and tie them together.
STEP 5/6
Bake bacon in an ungreased pan.
STEP 6/6
If it's well-done, it's done!
The bacon is salty, so it's perfect without any other sauce
