Making two kinds of diet gimbap!
Our national snack gimbap is well known as a nutritious food with various ingredients such as ham, pickled radish, and burdock. Kimbap is popular with busy office workers or students because it has the advantage of evenly consuming calcium as well as the three major nutrients of carbohydrates, protein, and fat! Maybe that's why I often don't think about calories unlike when I eat other foods, but the calories of gimbap are surprisingly higher than we think, so if you're on a diet, you might have to think twice! Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
#1. Chicken breast mayorice roll
I'll cook the chicken breast
Soak pickled radish and crab meat in water for about 20 minutes to remove the additives
(I made it into a gimbap making set!)
STEP 2/8
Fry the eggs with egg garnish and prepare rice
STEP 3/8
Tear cooked chicken breast into small pieces and mix with mayonnaise and honey
STEP 4/8
Spread the seaweed for kimbap and spread the rice evenly
Put perilla leaves, pickled radish, crab meat, and chicken breast on top and roll itGimbap is done!

#2. Chicken breast sausage gimbap
Cook chicken breast sausage first
STEP 6/8
This gimbap doesn't need rice!
Put egg garnish on top of seaweed for kimbap
STEP 7/8
Cut the cheese in half and put it on top
STEP 8/8
Put chopped perilla leaves, sausages, carrots, pickled radish, and crab meat on it and roll it well, and the chicken breast sausage is complete!
