STEP 1/16
Prepare the ingredients.
I cut the onion with a + and then shred it not thin or thick.
STEP 2/16
I cut carrots, potatoes, and pine mushrooms into the size of a finger.
(You can add broccoli, paprika, cabbage, etc.)
STEP 3/16
You can add beef. I bought pork for japchae at the mart and put it in.
STEP 4/16
Put olive oil in a pot over medium heat, put it in a pan
Add pork or beef, add salt and pepper and stir-fry.
(You can put the meat on a kitchen towel to remove the water, add salt and pepper, mix it, and bubble it.)
STEP 5/16
When the meat is half cooked,
STEP 6/16
Add the prepared potatoes and stir-fry them.
(Please check the size and cooking time of the prepared ingredients and put the ingredients that take a long time in order.)
STEP 7/16
If the beige potatoes are light yellow, they are half cooked.
STEP 8/16
Add carrots, pine mushrooms or enoki mushrooms and stir-fry again.
STEP 9/16
When the surface of the carrot or pine mushroom becomes a little transparent, add onions or zucchini,
STEP 10/16
Stir-fry until the surface becomes clear.
STEP 11/16
Dilute powdered curry powder and solid curry in water while roasting the ingredients.
(The powder curry powder dissolves well in cold water, but solid curry melts only when heated.)
STEP 12/16
When one-third to half of the ingredients become transparent, add diluted curry powder or solid powder to the water,
STEP 13/16
Boil it over medium heat.
If it doesn't stick, stir it from time to time, and if it does, stir it frequently.
STEP 14/16
This is the recipe for pork curry that you can make easily and simply make.
I like the combination that goes well with rice after cutting it into small pieces rather than large ingredients.
So I made a pork curry recipe that makes it easy and simple by cutting ingredients based on meat.
(For your information, I prefer moist texture to thick texture.)
STEP 15/16
We're going to eat together.. Considering my preference and others' preference, I made the curry in a way that is neither thick nor moist...
I enjoyed the pork curry recipe that I made easily and simply!!
I tend to eat sweet things without irritation.
I think it's between kindergarten kids and adult tastes;;;
So it's really good for my taste, but.. If you look at my recipe and make it, you might feel a bit disappointed
I put in all the powder curry galu.. It's bland! If you think it's too bad, add salt and pepper.
STEP 16/16
The picture was taken when I ate frozen rice and curry during lunch time.
I don't know if it's because I have a bad stomach.. After eating curry from restaurants or school meals, I felt bloated and chuckle.. Interestingly.. Even if I made it as above and ate it at lunch, that didn't happen :)
What'since.. I still don't know;;
If the curry taste is not strong, you can add curry powder or solid powder.. If you put it in too much, it'll be uncomfortable.. Boil it with a small amount of salt and taste it.
