Wash the sweet pumpkin clean with baking soda and cut the sweet pumpkin. Remove all the seeds inside.

Put honey on top of the sweet pumpkin.
STEP 3/3
If you heat it up in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes, you're done with sweet pumpkin!
