Omori Budae-jjigae
I wanted to eat kimchi stew, but I didn't have kimchi, so I went to a convenience store and made omori kimchi stew and sausage.

  • Pork
    100g
  • leek

  • Tofu
    1/4piece
  • Vienna sausage
    1ea
  • Sugar
    1/4spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Separate the skewers from the sausage and chop the green onion into small pieces.
Cut tofu into appropriate sizes and microwave thaw the frozen meat for about a minute.
STEP 2/8
First, add green onion, meat, minced garlic to make the base green onion oil.
STEP 3/8
Pour 1 piece of water into the pan with green onion oil.
STEP 4/8
Add soup and fried kimchi.
STEP 5/8
Put the noodles in.
STEP 6/8
Add the noodles and place the prepared sausage and tofu on top of the noodles.
STEP 7/8
If you add a bit of sugar, the soup tastes up!

If you eat it with rice, it's light and delicious enough to taste just kimchi stew or budae jjigae. If you don't have kimchi and you want to eat stew, I think this is a good idea ^^
