  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Please melt the seafood with hot water.
Just melt it unripe, please.
STEP 2/10
Wash the frozen meat thoroughly and cut it into 1cm long.

I'm going to use green onions as spices, so just slice the white part.

Shred the bell pepper into thin slices.

Boil the udon in boiling water for 3 minutes, rinse it in cold water, and drain it.
(If you boil the udon and stir-fry it right away, it spreads.)

Put 1T of cooking oil and chili oil in a pan and stir-fry green onions, garlic, and onions until they turn brown.
STEP 9/10
Once stir-fried, add seafood, frozen fish, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and pepper and continue to stir-fry over high heat until frozen meat dies.

Stir-fry paprika, red pepper, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
(I added oyster sauce and soy sauce with noodles.)
I put in vegetables because they are frozen, but if you don't have them, all green vegetables such as spinach, bok choy, and chamnamul are good. Stir-fry from top to bottom over high heat.
