Sift the almond powder and sugar powder together

Add egg whites and water and mix well (add water little by little to make it easy to knead)

After lumping the dough together, place it on a wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes

Mix red and yellow food coloring to make orange pumpkin dough (add pigments little by little until desired color)

Add brown and black food coloring to form pumpkin top dough

Add green dough to make pumpkin vine dough
STEP 7/8
Make the dough of each color into the desired shape
STEP 8/8
Put it on the pumpkin muffin and decorate it
Cover the dough with plastic wrap so it doesn't dry when it's not in use
If the dough is too tough, add powdered sugar to make it suitable to handle
Use the completed pumpkin marzipan immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-4 days
