STEP 1/11
Peel apples and cut them into small sizes.
STEP 2/11
Add sugar to the pan.(I put half the amount of sugar in the apple.)
STEP 3/11
In a pan to make jam, mix apples and sugar evenly and let stand for a while. Let stand until there is water.
STEP 4/11
Add water, earl grey leaves and cinnamon sticks, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Strain the leaves through a sieve.
Cinnamon is optional.
STEP 5/11
Add the boiled Earl Grey tea, apples and cinnamon sticks
I'll boil it.
STEP 6/11
After about 10 minutes, when it boils up, remove the foam and cinnamon sticks that float on top.
STEP 7/11
Boil over low heat for about 30 minutes to cut the color and taste.
STEP 8/11
If the color is cut well, add lemon juice.
STEP 9/11
Mix it well and when the moisture seems to have evaporated,
Move shredded apples to the edge of the pot and check how much moisture gathers in the middle.
If the bottom of the pot is too watery to be seen, boil it more and repeat this confirmation process.
STEP 10/11
Turn off the heat when you can see the bottom of the pot and the moisture is almost evaporated.
STEP 11/11
About 400g of jam is completed.
The earl grey scent is too weak for me
He ground about 200g of jam and 1g of Earl Grey tea leaves.
My personal taste is the side with extra earl grey leaves. I like it because it has a subtle scent.
