When I cooked burdock, it's quite a lot. It's not a side dish that I enjoy eating, but it's a side dish made by buying it on impulse, so my family doesn't eat it very well, so I'll put a lot of it in the gimbap. You can't leave out green in gimbap. So I bought a tray of spinach. Spinach is not that delicious yet, but if you put in enough sesame oil and mix it, it's savory, so it's okay as a side dish of rice.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
If there are any squishy or yellow leaves, remove them, cut off the roots slightly so that the spinach leaves do not fall into pieces, and cut the roots into 2~3 pieces so that the spinach has several leaves. And wash it out once.

Then add 1 tablespoon of salt to boiling water that is sufficiently immersed in spinach and start with the spinach root.

Turn the spinach upside down to soak in boiling water and scoop it out right away... If you leave it for too long, it will bite, so blanch the spinach in boiling water until you think it's killing your breath.

Put it in running cold water and let it cool enough and shake it 2-3 times to remove it.

Put a handful of blanched spinach in a bowl and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of ground sesame.
