STEP 1/8
Wash ginger clean in water.
Cut it from time to time and wash the soil to the inside of the ginger..
STEP 2/8
Peel the washed ginger gently with a knife.
The fresh ginger comes off easily.
STEP 3/8
Rinse the trimmed ginger in water and cut it into pieces.
STEP 4/8
Cut ginger squeezes the juice into a juicer.
(If you don't have a juicer, grind it in a blender and squeeze it tightly.)
STEP 5/8
Boil 400g of sugar in salty ginger juice over high heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
The concentration is like yogurt..
STEP 6/8
Ginger syrup is done.
I'll make ginger powder in the air fryer with the remaining powder.
STEP 7/8
Spread ginger powder widely and dry at 100 degrees air fryer for 40 to 50 minutes.
(If the color changes a bit yellow, it doesn't ripen.)
STEP 8/8
Ginger powder taken out of the air fryer is good to dry the remaining moisture in the sun, grind it finely in a grinder, and put it in the cooking.
If you don't have a juicer, grind it in a blender, squeeze it into a pocket, and press it down with a stone or heavy pot.
If you don't have an air fryer, just dry the ginger powder in the sun.
