So I bought the octopus horong again I made two kinds of grilled horong, sweet and salty soy sauce and spicy sauce. But when the octopus was delivered, there was a wrong delivery Oh, my...I sent an additional 1kg as a service. It was a huge amount. It was a big deal to throw away the octopus skewers. But my sister, nephew, and I also ate the grilled octopus. Who's going to eat this much Lol

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Prepare the soy sauce seasoning of grilled octopus with soy sauce. First, add the natural seasoning seafood stock, and add brewed soy sauce, oyster sauce, and anchovy sauce to make it salty. For the sweetness, I added grain syrup and honey. If you don't have grain syrup, you can replace it with starch syrup. But if you add grain syrup, it doesn't burn and the sweetness and stickiness remain. Then add minced garlic and green onions.
STEP 2/5
I'll put pepper in here. If you want a spicy taste in soy sauce seasoning, you can also add a little Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 3/5
Put the octopus horong in the soy sauce and season it well. Then let it sleep for more than an hour.
STEP 4/5
Grill the marinated soy sauce octopus horon in a pan. I baked it on a non-stick foil. I'm afraid the octopus will stick together. Add all the seasoning and bake it over high heat for about 10 minutes. Grill it evenly back and forth. And in the middle, I put a little bit of the green onion on top. Then it's better because it smells like green onions.
STEP 5/5
This is the best soy sauce octopus horong-grilled as a side dish for sake that is quickly seasoned and grilled. Sprinkle sesame seeds to make it look good.
