Soak mung beans in water and take them out (about an hour)

Soak sticky rice in water and take it out. (About an hour)

*Put mung beans and glutinous rice in a pot, pour water, and bring to a boil.
*Stir from time to time.

*Boil for about 20 minutes, add *chicken stock and bring to a boil.

*After boiling for 10 more minutes
* Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 10 minutes.

*For mung beans, peeled green beans were used.
*Rinse the green beans while removing the remaining skin.
*You do not need to completely remove the shell.
*If the soaking time for mung bean and glutinous rice is long, reduce the amount of water.
*Personally, boiling it for a long time tastes deeper and delicious.
*If there is no chicken stock, season with salt.
