STEP 1/7
Cut off the outer skin of the sweet potato sprouts in between themselves.
(Not only does it peel off well, but it doesn't need to be cut.)

Blanch lightly in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes and immediately soak in cold water.
(The color is also green and crunchy. If you blanch it for too long, it turns yellow)

Chop the onions, please.

Chop green onion, green pepper, and red pepper diagonally.
STEP 5/7
Since the mackerel is big, divide it into two and sprinkle rice wine.
(If the mackerel is too fresh, it will break, so you can soak it in salt water for a while.)

Make sauce with 1/2C of red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, and kelp water.
(Use kelp soaked in kelp water for more than 30 minutes.)

Put sweet potato sprouts on the bottom of the pot and boil it with mackerel, onion, seasoning sauce, and the rest of the kelp water. Add green onions and peppers to complete it.
Sweet potato sprouts are peeled off well and do not have to be cut if you peel them off by cutting them in the length you want.
If you boil it for a long time, it will turn yellow, so please blanch it for 3 minutes,
Sweet potato sprouts are usually eaten as vegetables, but they are also good for removing fishy smell.
