STEP 1/12
Put strong flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix them evenly with chopsticks. Then add the instant dry yeast and mix well.

Mix the powders and add warm water and cooking oil.

If you mix it with chopsticks and it starts to clump together

Knead by hand for about 5 minutes.

First ferment in a warm place (40) for 30 minutes.

Make sure the dough is 1.5 to 2 times bigger.

Divide dough into quarters, circle, and ferment for 10 minutes.

After medium fermentation, sprinkle flour lightly and roll as thin as possible to 2-3mm thickness.

Please cut it with scissors like in the picture.
STEP 10/12
Remove from the second fermentation and bake in an ungreased pan over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 11/12
Turn it over and bake again for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 12/12
Transfer the golden egg to a cooling net.
