STEP 1/7
1] When you think you make chicken feet at home, what are you most worried about? I think they're worried a lot about whether they can cook it well without the smell. But it's easier than you think to catch the smell. I encourage you to use your thoughts. You don't have to worry about the smell if you slice a thought and boil it with a big spoon of cooking wine and a little pepper. Start cooking over high heat and simmer for 1 hour.
STEP 2/7
2] While chicken feet are being boiled, I will prepare other ingredients. First, put two cheongyang peppers, Thai dried peppers, minced garlic 1T, cooking wine 2T, soy sauce 1.5T, red pepper powder 2T, red pepper paste 1T, sugar 2T, and pepper 1t together and grind them in a blender. If you want to make it taste like a restaurant, it's good to add a small bottle of Miwon here.
STEP 3/7
3] Then blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water for 5 minutes, rinse them in cold water, drain them, and add 1/2T of salt, 1/2T of soy sauce, 1/2T of minced garlic, 1T of sesame oil, 1/2t of pepper, and green onion and mix well to make seasoned bean sprouts.
STEP 4/7
4] Transfer well-boiled chicken feet to a frying pan and leave about four tablespoons of broth. Stir-fry chicken feet in the oil from chicken feet until golden for about 3 minutes.
STEP 5/7
5] Now, add the prepared sauce and chicken feet stock together and stir-fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes to taste each other well.
STEP 6/7
6] If you finish with seasoned bean sprouts, green onions, and sesame seeds, the delicious chicken feet is complete!
STEP 7/7
Thanks to the spicy chicken feet that can be made at home and enjoyed more abundantly, and the seasoning that sticks to the mouth, you can enjoy it as a spicy delicacy without any smell. Enjoy your day! :)
