  • Ramen noodles

  • onion

  • Cabbage
    1handful
  • peperoncino
    4ea
  • Mayonnaise
    little
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • leek
    little
  • Shiitake mushroom
    1ea
  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Oyster sauce
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    0.5spoon
  • ground pepper
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Boil the ramen in boiling water. You can boil it for about 2 minutes.
STEP 2/10
Grease the pan and stir-fry the green onions and pepperoncino.
STEP 3/10
Rinse the ramen with cold water.
STEP 4/10
Add cabbage and onion and stir-fry.
STEP 5/10
Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry them together.
STEP 6/10
Add the sauce
STEP 7/10
Add the noodles and stir-fry them together.
STEP 8/10
Put it on a plate.
STEP 9/10
Make a fried egg.
STEP 10/10
If you put it on top of the noodles, it tastes so good!
Oh, it's not in the picture, but make sure to sprinkle mayonnaise on it!

    It's a bit salty, but I successfully ate it well^^ I didn't have pepperoncino, so I replaced it with ddangcho and didn't put cabbage in it I didn't even put mayonnaise on it, but it was good
