- Material preparation
- I prepared a fillet with only the flesh and the thorns removed.

- Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and cut them into 3 to 4 pieces (stick or wedge shape)
- Put it on a kitchen towel and season it with 2 pinch of salt

- Divide the mackerel into 4 pieces and season with 3 pinch of salt and pepper

- Drain potatoes with a kitchen towel after 10 minutes

- frying in oil until golden brown

Tip. You can grill it in an air fryer.

- Mix flour and baking powder with carbonated water and chopsticks to make batter
(Baking powder can be omitted.)

- Spread evenly over the extra portion of the floured mackerel

- Frying brown in oil with batter

Tip. If you fry it once and fry it again at a high temperature, it's more crispy.

- Put it on a frying net, drain the oil, and put it in, and you're done with mackerel and chips!
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and sriracha are all good for dipping sauce, and you can dip it in salt with lemon juice.
- Try dipping it in the sauce you have at home.
