STEP 2/5
Measure the flour, baking powder, and Earl Grey black tea together and place them in a fresh cream bowl. Of course, I sift it once. Instead of black tea powder, I ground 3 earl grey tea bags finely. The color is like black tea powder sold in Japan. Due to the nature of the scones, if they are lightly clumped together (it's okay to show a little bit of raw powder), put them in vinyl and let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 to 1 hour.
STEP 5/5
I thought about how much Earl Grey tea would smell by grinding it myself, but as soon as I baked it and took it out of the oven, the smell of black tea came out!! I feel like I'm having a cup of tea for a moment. I put whipped cream on top and baked it, and the yellow color came out deliciously. It's so cute to make it in a mini size. It doesn't have butter, so instead of butter's unique scent and taste, it has a lot of fresh cream, so it's very light and has a unique savory taste.
