Wipe the cucumber with salt, peel it, and slice it half-way.

Make a sauce with red pepper paste, ground garlic, liver ginger, vinegar, cooking wine, red pepper powder, plum syrup, oligodang, soy sauce, and pepper.

Mix gizzard shad and vegetables in the sauce and it's done.
I always finish with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
Always chop vegetables first and clean fish or meat to disinfect cutting boards with hot water.
If you don't like the fishy smell, add lemon or rice wine.
If it is difficult to apply bones, you can slice the whole gizzard shad thinly.
