  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, slice the onion thinly, and slice the red pepper.
STEP 2/7
Blanch perilla leaves in boiling water (+ 1/2T of salt) over high heat for 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
STEP 3/7
And wash it in cold water and squeeze it out with your hands.
STEP 4/7
Add soy sauce, minced garlic, and perilla oil and mix well to season
STEP 5/7
In a preheated frying pan, stir-fry perilla leaf sprouts and onions over medium heat for 3 minutes and 30 seconds
STEP 6/7
Now, turn off the heat, add red pepper, crushed sesame seeds, and sesame oil, and mix them together
STEP 7/7
This is a personal tip. You can enjoy it even more if you cool it down and mix it together.
