STEP 1/8
Soak glutinous rice in cold water for 50 minutes to 1 hour in advance.
STEP 2/8
Remove the seeds from the jujube, roll it up, and cut it.
STEP 3/8
Peel the raw chestnuts and cut them into quarters.
(I added a small amount because it's soggy.)
STEP 4/8
Soak the jujube seeds in hot water (250ml) and then add brewed soy sauce, sugar, and cinnamon powder to make soy sauce water.
STEP 5/8
Pour the soaked glutinous rice into the pot inside the electric pressure rice cooker. Add chestnuts, beans, etc., pour soy sauce, and press once (15 minutes) at white rice speed.
STEP 6/8
This is what happens when the cooking is done.
STEP 7/8
When the rice is hot, add the remaining ingredients ( nuts, jujube, etc.) and 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix gently with a spatula.
STEP 8/8
Pour the rice into a glass or stainless steel container, cool it at room temperature, pack it individually to make it easy to eat, and store it frozen.
The yakbap recipe I uploaded last time is a version made of white rice cooked with enough soy sauce and sugar, and this yakbap is a recipe that uses brewed soy sauce and reduces sugar.
* If you want something sweet enough, set the amount of sugar to 45g -> 55 to 60g
It's a version that shortened the time by cooking white rice quickly, so it's good to use it when you're in a hurry :)
