STEP 1/9
*Remove the tip of the cheongyang pepper and cut it into 2~3 pieces
*Please prepare anchovies, too.

* Slice garlic into 2~3 pieces.
*Cut the red pepper in a round shape.

Stir-fry anchovies in a dry pan for a minute or two minutes.

Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry garlic.

Add the above amount of seasoning and water (except perilla oil and sesame), cover and simmer.

*Flip it several times in the middle and boil it down.
*When the soup is almost boiled and the cheongyang pepper is cooked, add oligosaccharide and mix.
