STEP 1/8
Pepper preparation
Remove the top, wash it in water, and take it out.
You can leave a little moisture in the pepper.
It's about the amount of water drops.
STEP 2/8
Put the pepper in a plastic bag and add 5 tablespoons of frying powder
If you put air in the plastic bag and shake it, the batter will coat well.
STEP 3/8
Put a steamer on it and when the water boils, put in the pepper
I gained about 8 minutes.
STEP 4/8
Open the lid and take it out
You're not supposed to cook it thoroughly
Steam the flour until you wonder if it's cooked.
I put it in the dryer and dried it.
I dried it for 12 hours at 70 degrees, and it dried very well.
(Depending on dryer specifications.)
STEP 5/8
Pour oil into a pan and fry it
Add about five peppers and remove them from the heat as soon as they boil.
You have to be careful because the pepper burns quickly.
It's good to fry it on medium heat.
STEP 6/8
Lightly sprinkle salt on the pepper shell.
There is a seasoning in the batter, so you shouldn't season it too hard.
You can sprinkle sugar to your liking.
STEP 7/8
It's braised red pepper.
In Step 3, cover and wait for another 5 minutes, and the pepper will be cooked properly.
STEP 8/8
Then chop the chives.
If you put everything you prepared and put it on, it's very red and delicious
Braised red pepper is being made.
