Cooking Steps

In a semi-dried tilefish, cut diagonally on the skin side.

Add the red sea bream and bake until golden brown.

Cut only the white part of the green onion into 6-7cm pieces, cut the middle again, take out the core of the green onion, fold it, and shred it into thin pieces to make garnish.

Soak it in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes and remove the water.

Complete the green onion garnish and grilled red sea bream.
You have to cut the skin so that it doesn't shrink and the skin doesn't burst when you grill it.If you have ginger, it's good to stir ginger while making oil.
