STEP 1/7
1] It's best to prepare and use large shrimp, but I'm going to make it simple today, so I used frozen shrimp like this. You have to defrost it in advance and remove the water so that the fried rice will be delicious. They sell frozen vegetables for fried rice. I'll buy it in a package with carrots, peas, and corn, defrost it in advance, and use it.
STEP 2/7
2] Add 1 egg, chopped green onion, and a little salt (1/4T) and mix well.
STEP 3/7
3] Preheat the frying pan over high heat for 3 minutes, add a tablespoon of cooking oil, scramble the eggs, and set aside. Add another tablespoon of oil, stir-fry shrimp, and add various vegetables. I put three or four shrimp separately to use for plating. I'm going to season it. Season with 1/2t of pepper, 1T of soy sauce, and 1T of cooking wine.
STEP 4/7
4] Add rice, mix it well, put the eggs you put in at the end, add a tablespoon of sesame oil, and finish it off! If you still feel like you don't have enough seasoning, fill it with salt.
STEP 5/7
5] Put the shrimp and egg prepared separately into the rice bowl first and place the fried rice with a bit of strength to make it more dense.
STEP 6/7
6] If you put the shape on the plate and finish it with a small spoon of sesame seeds, a delicious bowl of shrimp fried rice is completed.
STEP 7/7
The texture of the chewy shrimp is good, and the taste of chewing with various vegetables is good. Still, moist eggs also played a role in enhancing the overall taste. I think it'll be good to make it light and eat it plentifully. Enjoy your day! :)
1) You have to preheat the frying pan enough so that the eggs don't stick.
2) Season to taste with soy sauce and salt.
