Making sweet and light almond dacquoise
It's similar to macaroon, but it's less likely to fail I made it with almond slices on top of Takuwaz It's sweet and savory, and I like the taste of the almond slice being chewed on It's for 2 rounds of Dacquoise, so if you make one round, I'll cut it in half You can use it

  • Sugar
    80g
  • almond
    100g
  • Sugar powder
    140g
  • Soft flour
    50g
  • an almond slice
    100g

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add sugar to the white 3 times and make a firm meringue
STEP 2/7
Fill in the almond powder sugar powder and mix in the meringue
STEP 3/7
Squeeze it slightly higher than the Dacquoise mold
STEP 4/7
Flatten the top with a scraper or spatula
STEP 5/7
Sprinkle almond slices on top
STEP 6/7
Sprinkle with sugar powder and allow to absorb for 1 to 2 minutes
STEP 7/7
Remove from mold, sprinkle sugar powder again and bake in oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15 minutes
