Let's make broth for duruchigi.
I simply boiled kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water.
If you don't have time to make broth, add rice water.

It's better to add onions, and add the rest according to your preference.

I also make spicy stir-fried chicken sauce.
I added more minced garlic with squid in it.

Add squid and vegetables and toss gently in the sauce.
Add the marinade to about two-thirds of the marinade.

Pour the rest of the sauce into the sauce bowl, mix the soup, and pour it into the pan.

Put tofu on top and put squid and vegetables on top,
Add the broth to half the tofu and pour the mixed sauce.

Bring to a boil as if you're frying.
If you boil it over high heat, the seasoning will burn, so boil it well over medium heat.
When the squid and vegetables are cooked well, it's over!
