balinese food - summer spring roll :
Copying the summer spring rolls I ate on my trip to Bali. It was Bali's appetizer, rolled with raw vegetables. I reconstructed it with the ingredients at home

  • rice paper

  • Cucumber

  • Sesame leaf

  • Carrot

  • sweet potato
    1/5ea

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Chop carrots, pears, and sweet potatoes, and cut cucumbers flat with a potato peeler
I put in about 10 won per piece of carrot pear sweet potato
-Cut the cucumber and cut it according to the size of the rice paper.

Soak rice paper in lukewarm water and place cucumber perilla leaves on top
STEP 3/4
Next, add pear, carrot, and sweet potato
STEP 4/4
If you roll it so that it doesn't pop, it's done.
The Bali Summer Spring Roll had coriander in it. It's the perfect menu for appetizers, so I made it with ingredients at home. I think it's good for dieting. Dip it in the sauce if you like -Chilli and Peanut
