STEP 1/14
First, wash the shrimp well under running water and get ready. If you look at the tail, the sharp point on the top is the water gun, remove it when frying, and remove it again this time. Remove the long beard, remove the spines above the head.
STEP 2/14
After washing the shrimp in running water again, pour soju (soju slightly soaked in soju),
STEP 3/14
Add about half a cup of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell for an hour.
STEP 4/14
Add soy sauce, boiled soy sauce, water, green onion, chili, garlic, ginger, pepper, whole pepper, sugar, soju, etc. (All except lemon juice) and add the amount of the above ingredients, and scoop the green onion over low heat until it bites! Boil it and cool it down.
STEP 5/14
When cooling down, put one side of the kelp and take out the kelp and green onions when the kelp blows to a certain extent.
STEP 6/14
Dip the shrimp in soju and lemon juice for about an hour to remove the fishy smell, put it in a bowl with a hole in the bottom, and rinse it lightly in running water.
STEP 7/14
Put shrimp in a container to store and pour cooled soy sauce water. Then pour 1/3 cup lemon juice on the end. I've been doing it, and this method has completely eliminated the fishy smell.
STEP 8/14
Put it in the refrigerator for 3 days and take it out.
STEP 9/14
Boil the soy sauce separately, cool it completely, and pour it back into the container that had shrimp in it. And the refrigerator
STEP 10/14
Two days later, just boil the soy sauce water again, cool it down, and pour it again into the refrigerator. Again, two days later, the same process repeats!!
STEP 11/14
It will be a beautiful soy sauce shrimp sauce that was completed in 7 days.
STEP 12/14
No fishy smell!! It's not salty and the taste is cut, so it's worth the hard work!!
STEP 13/14
Put red pepper and blue pepper on top to make it look cool. Shrimp hair must be!! You have to protect it. That's where the flavor comes out. Never!!
STEP 14/14
Peel off and put the chewy shrimp on the rice, pour the shrimp soy sauce, put the raw egg or fried egg on top, sesame oil, seaweed powder, sesame salt, etc!! It's really good :)
