  • Soybean paste

  • Sugar

  • Sesame

  • Red pepper powder

  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
The ratio of doenjang and gochujang is 2:1. I put 6T of doenjang and 3T of gochujang in an airtight container to make it fit in a 300ml side dish container
STEP 2/5
Please add all the other ingredients
Add 2 handfuls of chopped green onions, 3T of sugar, 1T of red pepper powder, 1T of sesame seeds, 2T of sesame oil, and 1T of anchovy stock soy sauce and mix
*If you add anchovy stock soy sauce, it adds flavor and makes the ssamjang moist
If you don't have anchovy soy sauce, add 1/2T of fish sauce and 1/2T of soy sauce
STEP 3/5
If you think the ssamjang is still dry, add 1T more sesame oil. You can add 1T more soy sauce
STEP 4/5
Cut the cucumber into 3 pieces and cut it into 4 pieces
STEP 5/5
It's so delicious if you eat it together. Besides cucumbers, paprika and cucumber peppers go well together
