I made galbi seasoning in advance. It is a basic seasoning made with fish sauce, brewed soy sauce, natural seasoning broth, honey, plum juice, minced garlic, and minced ginger.

Marinate the steamed ribs in Dongdongju. It also removes the smell and softens the taste of galbi. You can marinate it in milk instead of dongdongju. Milk acts as a softener and softener.

Marinate the ribs in Dongdongju. I put it to sleep for about a day.

After washing the ribs neatly in Dongdongju, soak them in the seasoning soup and marinate them. I put you to sleep for about half a day!! And if it's a steamed galbi with a lot of meat, put a sheath in the meat.

Potatoes, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and onions were sliced thickly, and Cheongyang red pepper was added for the spicy taste. Now, close the lid, boil it over high heat, change it to medium heat, and then boil it down.

This is Braised Short Ribs cooked thoroughly. Potatoes, carrots, and shiitake mushrooms are cooked well. It has fish sauce, so it gives you a slightly mushy scent. But when you taste it, you can't feel the smell. If the soup is reduced to a small amount, from now on, simply sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds over low heat

Galbi-jjim, which is made with anchovy sauce, is complete with a salty and sweet taste.
