I prepared simple ingredients for making cheese fried rice.
There are quite a lot of vegetables in the refrigerator such as ham, carrot, onion, zucchini, mushroom, etc.
I cut it into cubes to make it easy to eat,
You can add any ingredients for the refrigerator.

First, put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan and brush off the green onion oil.
Keep the heat medium.

When the scented green onion comes up, I put all the ingredients I prepared and stir-fry them over medium heat.
Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

I put a tablespoon of soy sauce on one side and season the ingredients.
I don't add a lot of seasoning to make it rich cheese flavor
I just made it with soy sauce.
In conclusion, the result was a total thumbs up.

And I peeled rice and sliced cheese from Seoul Milk and put it in.
As soon as you put it in, it melts down by the heat
The strong cheese smell is so good that I can take a bite right away.

When the rice and ingredients are all mixed well, now take the rice out of the bowl.
You don't have to stir-fry the rice for a long time. You just have to stir-fry the ingredients until they're crispy and well mixed.
STEP 7/7
Place the sliced cheese on top of the fried rice and microwave it for about 20 seconds to melt the cheese slightly.
You can taste deeper cheese fried rice.
You can use sliced cheese or mozzarella cheese.
