Seasoned tuna/Tuna Ssamjang: An essential menu that relieves wor
Since I was young, I remember my mom sometimes making it for my daughter who likes ssambap, so I imitated her. With just this, you can transform into a variety of dishes such as gimbap/fried rice/sambap, so I recommend you make it especially on days you are worried about side dishes. :-D

Ingredients
  • Tuna
    100g
  • onion
    1/3ea
  • crushed garlic
    1/3spoon
  • Cooking oil
    1spoon
  • Soybean paste
    1/2spoon
  • red pepper paste
    1/2spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 2/5
Heat the pan, cover with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, add chopped onions and minced garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes. (Mix well while stir-frying so that it doesn't stick.)
STEP 3/5
Stir-fry the tuna without oil when the onion is cooked, making the surface transparent.
STEP 4/5
Add 1/2 teaspoon of soybean paste, 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper paste and 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper powder immediately and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
STEP 5/5
You can stir-fry rice with the prepared tuna
Eat it with veggies and tuna ssambap
Or you can wrap a tuna kimbap like me^^
(If you wrap it with kimbap, you'll get two rolls.)
You can enjoy it more if you chop green onions and peppers and stir-fry them together. I didn't add sesame oil or perilla oil because I like the taste of the sauce Turn off the heat and add a spoonful of sesame oil or perilla oil^^
