Even if you don't grind potatoes on a grater, you can easily and neatly make potato pancakes with a blender.
For your information, it will vary slightly depending on the performance of the mixer, but it is better to grind it as if it is ground on a steel plate rather than going too finely.
I didn't add salt because I dipped it in the pre-made soy sauce, but it's also good to season it with salt when making potato pancake batter.
If you add a lot of salt at once, it can be salty, so I recommend putting in two pinch
If you want to eat spicy, it's good to chop Cheongyang red pepper and put it in when making potato pancake batter.
Rather than chopping Cheongyang red pepper too finely, I think you can capture both taste and texture.
I didn't add any additional ingredients other than potatoes because I wanted the pure taste of potatoes, but making potato pancakes according to my personal taste is the best.
