Super simple chicken soup: The dry and tasteless chicken breast
I used chicken breast as an ingredient for soup~ It was new to be able to eat a soup dish that refreshes your stomach with a lump of chicken breast without having to be trimmed separately. :-)

  • Chicken breast
    200g
  • Water
    700ml
  • Salt
    1/2spoon
  • cooking wine
    1spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2.5spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1/2spoon
  • Sesame oil
    1spoon
  • leek
    1/3ea
  • Bean sprouts
    1/2handful
  • oyster mushroom
    1/2handful
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Add 1/2 spoonful of salt and 200g of chilled chicken breast to boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
(Do not throw away chicken boiled water. I'm going to use it as a broth.)
STEP 2/3
Remove the boiled chicken breast, tear it into bite-size pieces, and mix with the prepared seasoning

2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce + 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder + 1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic + 1 spoon of sesame oil
STEP 3/3
Boil the water that boiled the chicken, add all the seasoned chicken breasts and additional ingredients (1/3 green onions, half a handful of mushrooms or bean sprouts) and boil it for 8 minutes!
If you use boiled bracken or bean sprouts, you can enjoy the taste of chicken soup^^
