STEP 1/9
This is a very simple menu that you just need to eat when you're done preparing the ingredients
The material looks complicated, but it has the advantage of being able to make it freely by choosing the material you want.
If you add chewy mushrooms, it tastes really good
I personally like shiitake mushrooms, so I prepared shiitake, and I prepared mini saesongi mushrooms.
Wash it clean and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/9
And it's good to put in crunchy bean sprouts
It also makes the soup taste cool, so it's better to put it in if you have it.
I put bok choy in so it looks good
It's crunchy, has a good texture, and tastes good when the soup seeps in.
Please wash it clean.
STEP 3/9
It is also convenient to take a piece of cabbage, clean it, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 4/9
Put the bean sprouts on the bottom of a hot pot or deep pot
Put vegetables such as cabbage and bok choy on it.
STEP 5/9
Add the crunchy onions, too.
If you put too much onion at once, it's too sweet, so it's better to add a little bit and adjust it to your taste.
It doesn't matter if you cut all the ingredients and put them in
If you want something fresh, or if you want to make it crispy
It's better to leave a little of the ingredients and add them while eating.
STEP 6/9
I piled up all the ingredients and added about 1 green onion for the cool taste of the soup
STEP 7/9
It's good to cut about 1 bean curd for softness in advance.
If you put it in beforehand, the soup will get cloudy or break, so you can put it in later
STEP 8/9
Now, prepare the broth and sauce
There's a way to boil the sauce in water, and there's a way to remove the broth
You can prepare anchovy kelp stock
I want to eat it a little darker, so I chose to make the sauce and put it in the soup.
Mix soy sauce 4T + sugar 2T + mirin 2T
You can eat it deliciously if you add the sauce little by little and adjust the concentration with water.
It would be nice to make 2 to 3 times more sauce depending on the amount, right?
STEP 9/9
If you put the sauce and beef on top, it's a house warming dish
You're done making shabu-shabu, which is also a guest's invitation
It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare the ingredients
You can make it quickly and you can make it in advance, so it's good as an invitation.
It's good to add radish, green onion roots, onions, mushrooms, etc. and boil it for a long time
It's easy to make sauce like me and dilute it in water, and it tastes good.
The ingredients are not salty and taste fresh because they blend in with the broth as they boil.
The simple way to eat it is to boil it while pouring the broth and shake it with beef.
If you use anchovy kelp broth instead of broth sauce, it's light.
