1] I'll make vinegar water first. Add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 1 cup of sugar, 1/2T of salt, 2 slices of kelp, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2] While the vinegar water cools down, we'll prepare the radish. Peel the skin with a knife and cut it into 1 to 1.5cm squares.

3] Place the trimmed radishes in a generous side dish container, add cooled sweet vinegar water, cover and let ripen in the refrigerator for more than half a day. After ripening, you can enjoy it when it's still crunchy.
