STEP 1/14
These are the rice flour and ramie leaf rice flour that I prepared today. These two were ground from the mill. They're both wet!!
STEP 2/14
Place 400ml of water, beans, and pinch of salt in a skillet, cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
STEP 3/14
You can throw away the water from here. You can use it to add rice powder color!!
STEP 4/14
Drain the boiled eastern beans through a sieve.
STEP 5/14
I'm going to make two types of dough. Add 60g of glutinous rice powder and 450ml of hot water to the wet rice powder,
STEP 6/14
Add 240ml of ramie leaf rice flour and knead well to make dough.
STEP 7/14
Put the completed dough in a plastic bag so that it does not dry, and use an appropriate amount while removing it.
STEP 8/14
So, mix the ingredients and prepare them well.
STEP 9/14
I added sweet pumpkin, carrot, aronia, eastern flesh water, sweet pumpkin peel, and vitamin powder to the dough and colored it, so refer to it!! * For your information, in the case of course. If you put it in the rice flour dough that you made earlier, it might get tough. So it's better to make dough separately. (Sweet pumpkin and carrot are similar.). It doesn't matter if it's powder
STEP 10/14
And then empty the inner space of the dough, put the filling in it, and shape it. Okay
STEP 11/14
For this shape, see the video
STEP 12/14
Now, when steam rises in the steamer, add songpyeon, cover and steam over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes. * If there's pine needles underneath
STEP 13/14
Please try it and check how much more you will gain
STEP 14/14
If you coat the finished songpyeon with sesame oil, today's cooking is over
