Making Soy Sauce Braised Fish Okdom Soy Sauce Braised Fish Side
I used to enjoy cooking delicious food, but I don't want to go into the kitchen because the weather is getting hot these days and I'm busy with work. I often eat out, order delivery, or eat with cup noodles because it's annoying. It's convenient to eat alone, but I go into the kitchen once in a while because I have a family who can't really care. Is this a housewife? I'm looking through the refrigerator and I'm going to cook it with red sea bream because my mom bought it after going to Jeju Island mom bought. Since I've only cooked it every time, I thought it would be good to cook it salty and eat it as a side dish.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the radish into 1cm thick pieces and lay it in a pot. If you cut it thickly, it takes a long time to cook, so I cut it thinly. It's good because it's thick enough to eat.
STEP 2/8
Add a cup of soy sauce and 4 cups of water and cook the radish first. When cooked with fish, the cooking time is different, so the fish can be broken and disorganized.
STEP 3/8
Add green and red peppers and cook. If you don't like spicy food, please take out Cheongyang red pepper. Cook the radish until it's soft enough so that it's not too soft.
STEP 4/8
I will make the seasoning while the radish is cooked.
Prepare 2T of minced garlic, 2T of sugar, 1T of plum extract, 2T of cooking wine, pepper powder, and 1t of ginger, and add seasoning when the water boils.
STEP 5/8
When the radish is cooked tenderly, add the red sea bream and cook it together.
STEP 6/8
When the fish is almost cooked, add a little vinegar to help remove the fishy smell.
STEP 7/8
Cook the fish until the soy sauce is slightly cut. If cooked for too long, the fish meat may break, making it unsightly and uncomfortable to eat.
STEP 8/8
It's not too salty. It's a perfect side dish It's braised fish soy sauce.
To be honest, I don't really cook fish. The smell and the trimming are all over the place.
Since I only grill it every time, it feels like a different side dish if I cook it like this.

The sea bream itself is well seasoned, so it's good to taste without adding too much soy sauce. :)
