Sweet potato apple salad. Diet-style light dinner menu low-calor
People eat sweet potatoes, apples, eggs, and so on as low-calorie ingredients that are good for dieting. But when I just eat boiled sweet potatoes, apples, or boiled eggs, I don't know why it tastes so bad and I don't want to eat them. I think it would be easier to eat a light dinner if there was a way to just mix it with low-calorie ingredients and enjoy it. STEP 1/8
Peel the sweet potatoes.
It's better to cut apples with the skin. I had a hard time eating apple skin, so I peeled it and ate it.

Cut half an apple into 1cm pieces.

Cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Boil water in a pot beforehand. When the water starts to boil, add the sliced sweet potatoes and boil for about 10 minutes.
It's a sweet potato cut into small pieces, so it cooks well in about 10 minutes.
Sweet potatoes are sweeter and more delicious when baked in an oven, but they have higher calories than boiled sweet potatoes. So it's good to boil and eat low-calorie foods for dieting.

Drain the boiled sweet potatoes and mash them with a fork. If you like the chewing texture, you can mix it without crushing it.

Put the sliced apples in the mashed sweet potatoes,

    I did it for my son who's on a diet, and he likes it I added the Caspian lactic acid bacteria at home and added a bit of honey, cranberry, walnut, macadamia, apple I think this combination of cranberries and apple nuts goes well with sweet potato salad

    Apples are God's move! I put boiled eggs, salt, and pepper! It's delicious. Even my husband who doesn't eat sweet potatoes says it's delicious!

    It's refreshing with apple in it. It's good It's not sweet but it's healthy because I added a small plain and omitted honey I really enjoyed the meal.
