Sweet potato apple salad. Diet-style light dinner menu low-calor
People eat sweet potatoes, apples, eggs, and so on as low-calorie ingredients that are good for dieting. But when I just eat boiled sweet potatoes, apples, or boiled eggs, I don't know why it tastes so bad and I don't want to eat them. I think it would be easier to eat a light dinner if there was a way to just mix it with low-calorie ingredients and enjoy it. I hope it's a food that makes you feel full and you can eat a light dinner and fall asleep happily. I can't sleep when I'm hungry.^^
