Let's make spicy cream dakgalbi
Today's menu is spicy, spicy, and creamy dakgalbi. I made it with a slightly different recipe for spicy carbonara!! It's a different recipe from regular dakgalbi! I think it would be great to add udon noodles, ramen noodles, or pasta to suit your taste!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, cheongyang pepper, and whipped cream and mix well

Add chicken and marinate
STEP 3/7
Cut onions, potatoes and cabbages into bite-size pieces
STEP 4/7
Stir-fry chicken and potatoes in a heated pan
STEP 5/7
Add cabbage and onions and stir-fry them
STEP 6/7
When it's done, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cover it with a lid

When the cheese melts, sprinkle with sesame seeds or parsley
