#Cooking #Stir-Fried Octopus #Making Stir-Fried Octopus Noodles
I bought stir-fried pen shells. I bought it because it was so cheap, but after all, I didn't have a pen shell It had a pen shell wing and a stalk Haha So I thought it was cheap. Stir-fried pen shells are seasoned, so you can just stir-fry it I thought it wasn't enough, so I added octopus and added more seasoning I made a lot with medium screen and tteokbokki rice cake. Chinese noodles don't need to be boiled separately I defrosted it at room temperature and dropped it right away ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Grease a heated pan with green onion oil and stir-fry tteokbokki with frozen crop paper and stir-fried pen shells. I had to defrost the frozen octopus, but I didn't have time. I was only going to put tteokbokki tteok in the stir-fried pen shell. But the portion was surprisingly small. That's why I hurriedly put in frozen octopus. Of course there will be a lot of water
STEP 2/6
While the frozen octopus melts and stir-fry, shred the cucumber and prepare it. It's going to be spicy, so I'm going to put cucumbers on top as garnish.
STEP 3/6
If the octopus and pen shells are cooked, add the noodles and stir-fry them. There's a lot of water coming out of the octopus. That's why I put in Chinese noodles.
STEP 4/6
Chinese cotton is thick and elastic, so it doesn't break easily. The more it boils, the thicker it becomes. Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds.
STEP 5/6
Put the medium screen on the plate, which is moist and thick, and then sprinkle various ingredients and sauces. Stir-fried noodles are done. If there were no Chinese noodles and there were a lot of tteokbokki, it would have been like seafood tteokbokki ^^
STEP 6/6
If you put the sliced cucumber salad on top, it will give you a spicy taste, a fresh taste, and a crunchy texture, so it's good. It would be nice to put perilla leaves on top. The octopus stir-fry noodles are done.
