STEP 1/3
After washing the onion skin, squeeze the water out and place it on the bottom of the machine
Wash the gizzard shad clean and cut it back and forth three or four times
Sprinkle with herb salt and heat at 180 degrees for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, turn the gizzard shad upside down and cook it for 10 minutes at 180 degrees

Sprinkle chives on top of gizzard shad and eat it when it's warm
